SUGGESTED USE: Incorporate RestWell Deep Sleep Drops into your nightime routine (approximately 30 min before bed). If new to RestWell products, start by taking 1/2ml per night. Adjust dosage and timing as needed. To maximize benefit, hold the Deep Sleep Drops under your tongue for 60 seconds prior to swallowing (to allow time for absorption of target ingredients across the mucous membranes).

Alternatively, you can ingest directly or by adding to a favorite beverage. Be aware that absorption rates are lower through the digestive system. As a result, it would require additional oral dosages to glean the same benefit as holding a dose sublingually.
